Shipping

We ship to the Continental United States using the United States Postal Service. All orders ship within one business day of being received. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays that mail service is closed will ship the following business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location, however it usually takes 2-5 days to most locations in the United States (please see map below). All orders ship FREE.  All orders over $150 are shipped with signature confirmation for our protection and yours.

If your order is returned to sender because you entered an incorrect or incomplete address when checking out WE WILL NOT PAY TO RESHIP your order. Once your order is returned to us you will have the option to cancel the order (less any initial shipping charges) or pay $6 to have it reshipped to a different address.

Although normally much faster, please allow one business day to receive tracking information.

Our standard shipping does not include shipping insurance and we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. If you’d like to purchase insurance feel free to contact us immediately after placing your order.

APO/FPO Addresses

We are more than happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses. Nothing makes us smile as much as shipping orders to APO/FPO addresses. Please select the appropriate field from the state drop down menu and feel free to Contact Us with any questions or if you have any issues formatting your address.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our store located at 1925 SW 18th Ct #104, Ocala, Florida 34471 during normal business hours.  Please note that all online merchandise is stored offsite at our corporate office and must be delivered prior to being picked up - we ask that you allow up to one business day.  You will receive a separate email from us as soon as your order is ready for pickup.  Please do not come prior to receiving that email, as your order will not be ready.  We appreciate all orders being picked up within two weeks.  Orders not picked up within 6 months will be donated to charity.

Holding Products

If you are interested in a product you are welcome to purchase the product online and we will hold it for in store pickup, or we’ll hold up to a week before shipping. However, because our inventory changes so rapidly we are unable to hold any products without the customer first purchasing them.

Sold Out Products

Because of our business model of providing the latest trends at the most affordable prices, our inventory changes rapidly and most of our products sell out within 2-3 weeks. If you find something you’d like to purchase, please do so as soon as you can so you don’t miss out. Our inventory changes weekly and most of our styles are not restocked. However, if you are in love with a sold out product you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page your interested in or just Contact Us with the item and size you’d need, and we’ll email you if we are able to restock the product.
