  1. Do I need an account to shop on A Cut Above Boutique?
    You don’t need an account to secure the piece you love. However, there are so many perks to joining with us! We’ll let you know when new items are added, you’ll be able to check your order status, and the purchasing process will go a lot quicker! We’d love to have you join our family! Get started today to start reaping the rewards.
  2. Oops! I have forgotten my username or password. What do I do?
    That’s okay! We’ve all been there. Just visit the account log in page and select “Forgot Password”. It will prompt you to enter your email address. You’ll receive an email asking you to update your password. Happy Shopping!
  3. What type of shipping is covered for free with my order of $50+?
    Shipping to the Continental United States using the United States Postal Service is covered. Yippee! For more information on shipping, please click here.
  4. How often do you get new items?
    Seasons change, and so does fashion. Therefore, so must we! If you’re interested in our newest items, check out our Just In page. Be sure to check back often for recently added items!
  5. How will I know the clothing I love will fit me just right?
    Great question! When possible, we try to put as much detail regarding the sizing and fit in the product information. If you are still unsure, please visit our Sizing page or Contact Us.
  6. I need to make a return/exchange. How do I do that?
    We’re sorry it didn’t work out the first time, but we’re here to help make it right! Please visit our Returns page for Store Credit.
  7. What if something I love is out of stock?
    Who are we to get in the middle of true love? If you just missed an item you love, sign up to receive Back in Stock notifications. While this doesn’t mean the item is reserved, it does mean you’ll get notified once we have it again.

  10. How do I return my order?
    I’m sorry that your order didn’t work out. Please visits our returns page to complete your return. We love to hear why you’re returning, so please fill out our contact us form with the reason. We are always looking for ways to improve our services to you.
  11. How do I exchange my order?
    Size didn’t fit as you hoped? Not a problem! Please visit our Returns page, and scroll down to the Exchange section. We’ll help you get the size you need.
  12. How do I cancel or change my order?
    If the order has not shipped, then yes! However, because we do go to great lengths to bring you the best quality items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. For more information, please visit our Returns page and scroll down to the “Cancellation” section.
  13. I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.
    Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that! Please fill out our contact us form with as much detail as you can about your order and what went wrong. We’ll get it all sorted for you.
