How can I check the status of my order? 
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an order confirmation email.  Within one business day, you will receive an shipment confirmation email with tracking information.  You can click on this tracking number to get an update on when to expect your package.  You can also contact us at any time and we'd be happy to help!

How soon will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped within one business day.  The majority of our orders arrive within 2-4 business days.

Do you have any physical locations or are you just online? 
In addition to our eCommerce site, we also have physical brick and mortar stores.  You can find them by visiting our locations page.

Can I buy online and pickup from your store? 
Yes, however, local pickup is only available at our Ocala store.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 

Is the inventory the same online as in the stores? 
It depends.  We typically have the same assortment of inventory online and in stores, but this can vary for a variety of factors (products previously sold out, style of dress, out of season, etc).  If you are visiting a store looking for a specific product please contact that store directly beforehand.

Can you tell me specifically how something fits?

Do you restock products? 
The majority of our clothing (except tees and basics) will not be restocked once sold out, to allow space for us to always has new and fresh merchandise. Sign up for a restock notification on product page for email if size becomes available again.
